McDonald's in Bitburg

A snake

The company is running and has very friendly employees.

1 star is still too much. Eat cold, no sauces, fries mushy. I don't know if only dyslexics work there or if you don't have to be able to do anything to start there. It feels like that. Don't have an order yet, whether it's mc drive or in the restaurant, that was complete.

The staff completely overwhelmed. The bags are swapped and half of them are forgotten in all the stress, so I ask where the ice cream says the woman is all packed. Had to turn back. There were also people like me who were missing half. The management has to employ more experienced people during peak hours. Train staff better and accompany and support them during work to avoid mistakes.

Long queues in drive in the usual quality

I thought it couldn't get any worse .. But now, because of Corona, only the MC Drive is on there are no serviettes and instead of sweet and sour sauce there was chives cream ... And something like that gets a minimum wage.

For a long time now we wanted to have breakfast with you again. I ordered via the app, were in the drive at 9:50 am, but it couldn't go any further, despite the low traffic we only got to the order counter at 10:05 am. When we were then told in a very unfriendly manner that it was now 5 minutes over time, there was no longer any breakfast. And then absolutely did not want to understand that at this time you don't want anything else. Never again !!

The restaurant zum Güldenen M in Bitburg is highly recommended, sumptuous delights from the realm behind the ocean and served with an exquisite selection of Coca Cola products and only the best vintages, as usual from the best growing regions.

Slow food fits better and something is always missing.

Partial lockdown time. Long line for the drive thru. Didn't except visa or American plastic payment. We had our Girocard and were able to pay otherwise we would have needed cash. Food was fine.

Service is always fast. They speak English too!

Unfortunately, it fluctuates a lot. We had 20 nuggets, the box smelled very strongly of mold. Last time all of the Büuger were cold and before that, nuggets of 20 that were totally salty and anything but crispy. All good things come in threes, there won't be a fourth time !!!! Then I can go to Burger King too

Today is the 3rd! Times received an incomplete order in the drive. Out of 8 positions 2 were missing. You should learn that slowly. Can not be that hard. Getting embarrassed.

Even if it is not healthy, it has always been delicious for over 40 years. Coffee bar and Interrior looked great. This branch is always clean and well-kept. Fast and always fresh. The staff are all very nice.

Classic McDonald's, neither negative nor particularly positive, which should be emphasized.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be placed to take away. Drive in only. Total fail !!!!

Anyone who is in contact with customers should understand and speak German ...

I can only say good things about my visit there, the staff was very friendly and We didn't wait long for the meal.

The only McDonalds in the immediate Bitburg area. Steadily open and available. Prices are good.

Great experience here ! Came on a Friday night it was quite busy but we got served quickly, the burgers were in perfect shape, and the staff friendly. Didn't have such a good experience in a McDonald in a long time !
